CONTEXT
One of the largest Global Healthcare Companies needs a Consultant in a role similar to an IT Service Manager to work with the Global Brand Protection Group (GBP).
Background/Responsibilities/Requirements
GBP works across the organization to disrupt the fraudulant supply chain of medical devices and pharmaceutical products and there are many aspects to the group. The Service Manager will be working with both internal and external teams across 4 Channels pertaining to counterfeit products. There are 4 internal teams that are the experts in the areas below. The Service Manager will work with the experts in these areas both internal and external to the company.
Responsibilities and requirements for the role:
DURATION
6 months plus to start
LOCATION
Raritan, NJ 2-3 days a week and the rest of the time remote
COMPENSATION
Competitive C2C rate or hourly W-2

- Monitoring – scanning the web and dark web for counterfeit product
- Investigation – Master Data Analysis
- Product Management Development – working with the products that have been digitized and authenticated
- Features – ensuring that that labels and packaging are printed properly and have indicators to oncover counterfeits out in the field including law enforcement and distributors.
Responsibilities and requirements for the role:
- Experience working in a global environment with teams that are internal and external to the company
- Background managing a Services Organization in IT or Procurement, etc.
- Define what is a project for the group to undertake and then work with the experts in each area so that they can focus on the actual scope of work and be freed up from some of the Service level tasks
- Assess and define efficiencies for GBP
- Enhancing value chain for Pharma & MedTech
- Able to handle complexity and diversity
- Responsible for reviewing contracts with vendors
- Putting together metrics and KPI’s
- Establish and manage to Service Level Agreements
- Manage contracts with vendors
- Supply chain and manufacturing knowledge is a plus
- Sense of curiosity and self starter
