We seek a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities and a knack for solving problems efficiently.
Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Operations department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Assists with preparing and distributing reports, documents, and presentations for the Operations team
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage digital and physical filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Support invoice tracking, timesheets, and expense reporting, collaborating with accounting to streamline processes.
Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed
Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized
