Position Description :
The position of Cultivation Technician will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure plant maintenance tasks / cleanings are done according to Ilera's SOPs. Perform daily tasks related to plant care, including watering, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Follows and adheres to all Safety procedures and protocols
- Maintenance and pruning of plants
- Working with the Cultivation Manager and supervisors to ensure proper care of the plants
- Ensures proper housekeeping and cleaning practices are handled daily according to SOPs
- Adheres to regulatory requirements of LDH daily (e.g., labeling, tagging and daily tracking charts, etc.)
- Adheres to all security protocols and mandates of LDH
- Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Capable of sitting, standing, bending, squatting and / or walking for long hours at a time
- Ensure good communication between team members
- Perform other duties as needed / or required

Background Check Requirement :
