Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy and Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive catering sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the catering client base.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress for the catering sales team.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
