About the Role:

We’re looking for an Account Manager who is as organized as they are passionate about marketing — someone who can keep clients happy while ensuring projects run smoothly. This role will involve managing relationships and processes between clients and multiple project managers and creative team members. The ideal candidate enjoys shaping workflows and is excited to build out processes.


What You'll Do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for multiple clients, juggling priorities with ease.
  • Manage relationships and processes between clients and multiple project managers and creatives.
  • Track billing time accurately.
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct quality control checks and proofread client work.
  • Collaborate with our U.S.-based and overseas creative teams (occasional early/late calls due to time zones).
  • Present well on Zoom and in-person.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Agency account manager or account executive with agency experience preferred.
  • Management experience.
  • Tech-savvy — familiarity with AI tools and project management software.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong relationship and process management skills.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter — able to manage your time efficiently while working remotely.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings or shoots in the Fort Worth/Dallas area.
  • Willingness to work occasional off-hours for event coverage.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, monday.com, Harvest, Google Drive, Docs, Gmail, Slides, and Canva.
  • Previous remote team experience with U.S. and overseas teams.
