ILIA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Creative Project Manager to support packaging & marketing projects with our creative operations team.

PRODUCT PACKAGING (50%)
Partner with Packaging and Operations to manage the end-to-end process for product packaging updates in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with packaging design, editorial, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to product packaging based on changes in regulations, laws, and standards.
MARKETING / PR PRINT PROJECTS (50%)
Liaise between Creative & Marketing teams; facilitate end-to-end process flow from schedule planning to creative KO, internal reviews, stakeholder alignment, proofreading / translations to final handoff.
Schedule, monitor and track project tasks and milestones for all print projects to support campaigns and marketing initiatives (print, PR mailer, event collateral, branded goods, etc.).
Partner with Design, Editorial and Marketing / PR teams on all printed materials to support Brand / Campaign / Product Launches in ensuring all key project dates are met from KO to final approved art handoff.
Manage task-based projects (Asana), with overall accountability at the program-level.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope; mitigate timeline risks by communicating creative status and resourcing recommendations (creative capacity Asana board).
Minimum Requirements
5 years of prior experience in creative project management for a beauty or personal care products brand.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple project streams of work and prioritize accordingly.
General understanding of end-to-end digital / creative process flow.
Experience with Asana, Slack, Figma and the Microsoft suite.

Estimated hours per week : 20-30 hours based on business need.
Estimated duration : 4 months.
