What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing & Office Coordinator position at ILIA, Inc.?

The Marketing & Office Coordinator will support influencer marketing, social and the full marketing team. This role will lead all gifting efforts as well as support influencer campaigns, partnerships, and reporting. This position will be in the office 5 days a week and help with office coordination.

This role is on-site 5 days a week and open to candidates based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer

Manage all gifting from start-to-finish including list management, label creation, curating custom packages and tracking.
Manage influencer launch mailers with support of Influencer Events Coordinator.
Support performance influencer marketing efforts through vetting influencers, discount code tracking and reporting alongside Manager, Influencer Partnerships.
Collaborate on influencer recaps to measure success.
Assist influencer team with sourcing new content creators, as well as new niches to target that support key launch and sustain moments.
Support Influencer & Partnerships Manager in strengthening and scaling affiliate program to be a key sales driver within the influencer department
Assist in the development of well-defined creator briefs for new product launches and seasonal campaigns to ensure that creators deliver effective content.

Social

Manage all community gifting initiatives.

Track social media performance using analytics tools and create regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.

Office Sample Coordination

Coordinate in office meetings and ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and serving as point of contact for employees and vendors.

Manage all product orders to ensure the office is stocked with inventory and maintain tracking and support with budget management.

Support ad hoc marketing requests and projects across full department

1 year experience in a marketing role or internship

Understanding of influencer landscape, familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Google sheets, Excel and PowerPoint

On the pulse trends in the beauty industry and digital landscape

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in fast paced environment

Understand ILIA's aesthetic and support our image across all touchpoints

This is the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a few factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Please note, this role is non-exempt, full-time position.
