Job Responsibilities
Duties shall include but are not limited to the necessary sequence of operations to
disassemble, clean, check, repair, rework, replace and assemble aircraft waste and
water components per a component maintenance manual.
Completes forms connected with the work assignments according to established
procedures and communicates with other company personnel as required in a
manner designated by the company. Experience on FAA documents return to service 8130-3 a plus!!
- Fiberglass Experience is a plus.
Willing to train automotive or diesel mechanics!
Mechanic - Aviation Components Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Can work independently to meet deadlines
Light Avionics Experience a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a background check and FAA drug and Alcohol test
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Must have own tools available for job start
Valid US driver license
Mechanic - Aviation Components Knowledge / Skills :
Walking and standing entire shift, including bending and stretching
required
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Must have experience working out of a Repair Manual, Component maintenance manual
CMM), or Overhaul Manual.
