As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage sales data and inventory effectively.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all displays are visually appealing.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
