Customer Service Associate – Colton, CA
Location: Colton, CA
Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time Transition.
Starting at 9AM - 3PM then moving to full time hours at 8AM - 4:30 PM.
Must be flexible.
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Colton, CA. This position will start as part-time but will transition into full-time. We are looking for someone who is accurate, organized, and eager to grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry: Process and input customer orders with accuracy.
- Print Picking Tickets: Ensure correct documentation for warehouse fulfillment.
- Process BOLs: Prepare and manage Bills of Lading for shipments.
- Customer Follow-Up: Communicate with customers to confirm orders and resolve inquiries.
- Schedule Deliveries: Coordinate and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
