What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Recruiter position at iLink Business Management?
We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team in the city of Fontana! You will perform activities within our staffing team from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Part-Time Hours: 1:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees on Avionte/Bold System.
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $18 - $19
