This entry-level role offers an opportunity to develop technical and administrative skills while supporting a critical function in the air balancing industry .
Position Overview :
As an Analysis Assistant , you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely submission of reports related to HVAC system testing. You will review technician submissions, format reports, create technical system diagrams , and maintain communication with technicians, engineers, and contractors. This position is perfect for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and thrives in a structured environment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and verify field technician submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Generate and format reports from technician test sheets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Create and code technical system diagrams for HVAC units and site plans.
- Communicate with technicians, engineers, contractors, and clients to provide updates and clarify details.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
