Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to support healthcare projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to enhance business processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for healthcare projects.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements documentation, business process models, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine system deficiencies and propose enhancements.
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and data privacy (HIPAA, ICD, HL7, FHIR).
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Develop test plans, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate user training.
