Requirements
We are looking for a talented UI / UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered designs that are both functional and delightful. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design products that align with our ethical standards and drive business outcomes. This role requires leadership qualities to guide design efforts and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies to collaborate effectively in iterative processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Execution : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- User Research : Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Leadership : Provide mentorship to team members, guide design strategies, and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Agile Processes : Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and effective delivery of design solutions.
- Material Design Systems : Leverage Material Design Systems to create consistent and scalable designs that align with industry standards.
- Ethical Design : Ensure all designs adhere to ethical standards, focusing on privacy and avoiding dark patterns.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, including responsible AI applications.
- Accessibility : Design with inclusivity in mind, ensuring products are accessible to users with varying abilities.
- Documentation : Prepare design specifications and guidelines to assist development teams.
