About:
A premium national law firm are looking to grow their Finance team with an addition of a Debt Finance Associate. They are looking to onboard into their Boston office.
The team have an international reach, with lawyers spread across Asia, Europe, and the United States. They advise on traditional banking and secured finance, as well as in developing innovative financing structures for specialized industries and representing clients in the growing private credit market. The group have a deep experience in the healthcare and life sciences, energy, venture, private equity, and technology industries.
The role requires:
- A minimum of two years of relevant law firm experience.
- Experience in secured transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
- Strong understanding of syndicated financing and acquisition financing transactions.
- Experience in closing transactions and drafting relevant documents is required.
- Knowledge of asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions.
- An individual who is confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.
- Understanding and ability to conduct drafting due diligence.
- Outstanding analytical, time management, and drafting skills.
