About :
A premium national law firm are looking to onboard a well-rounded Finance Associate into their Atlanta, Georgia office. They welcome applicants that are looking to relocate to Atlanta.
They are open to candidates who have any finance experience including the following : Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, CMBS, ABS, CLO, Structured Finance, Asset Finance, and other forms of Finance matters.
Experience :
- A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries is required.
- The candidate should have a desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of financing and investment matters.
- Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials, along with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
- Associates must have a high degree of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks and be a pro-active team player.
- An individual who is confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.
