An elite AM & Vault ranked law firm are looking to add a number of Associates into their growing Investment Funds practice group. The ideal candidate would have an interest in Registered Funds and Mutual Funds. The position is open to either their New York or Washington DC office.

The group has over 850 fund clients across the globe and are one of the best-known asset managers in the industry. They work representing all types of clientele, from small, medium-sized, and boutique managers and funds; at both a national and international level.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of relevant law firm experience.
- A strong understanding of fund transactions, with particular emphasis on Mutual and Registered Funds work.
- Experience assisting clients in a variety of strategic planning and compliance decisions, including matters relating to the changing regulatory landscape for diversified asset managers and investors with cross-border strategies.
- Ability to collaborate well with other team members and practice groups.
