About the Practice
The Global Commercial Disputes Group represents clients across industries in high-stakes disputes, offering strategic and commercially focused litigation solutions. The team advises on a broad range of matters, including:
- Complex contract disputes, fraud, and fiduciary duty claims.
- Company governance, restructuring issues, and unfair competition cases.
- Trade secrets disputes and emergency litigation, including injunctions and asset tracing orders.
- Multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration strategies.
The firm’s sector-focused approach ensures that attorneys leverage deep industry knowledge and tactical expertise to deliver innovative legal solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing.
- 3–4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration at a law firm or in-house.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple cases and serving as the point person on litigation matters.
- Deposition and courtroom experience required.
