About the Practice
The real estate equity group provides sophisticated counsel on a wide range of transactions, including :
- Structuring and negotiating joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Advising clients throughout the investment lifecycle, from fundraising and capital deployment to final disposition and recapitalization.
- Representing both lenders and borrowers in complex real estate financings, including corporate term loans, revolving credit facilities, bond issuances, CMBS financings, and mezzanine loans.
- Handling high-stakes mergers, take-private transactions, and recapitalizations of investment entities.
