Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should have;
- A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate litigation with a proven track record of handling complex matters.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, including landlord-tenant disputes, construction defects, zoning and land use, environmental issues, and real estate finance.
- Experience in managing a team and mentoring junior attorneys.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- A portable book of business is a plus.
