Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Business Developments, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Consulting experiences are beneficial, but not essential.
- Strong networking and goal-driven abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Headhunting, chasing referrals, utilizing internal databases, and networking.
- Evaluating a number of applications and resumes.
- Proactively connecting with different applicants.
- Finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates between interviewees.
- Enter, distribute, and regularly update candidates on the system.
- Maintaining and organizing the internal databases.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
