About :
An elite AM & Vault ranked law firm are looking to onboard into their established Trust & Estates Practice Group. This position will join their established Madison, WI office.
The Estate Planning team work on a full range of sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. They are a well-established team with close to 40 attorneys across the United States, engaging with a variety of clientele.
Qualified candidates should have :
- Experience in solid estate plan drafting, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning experience.
- Experience drafting complex estate plan and business succession planning documents for high-net-worth individuals and drafting complex charitable giving documents.
- Confident in counseling clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning.
- Experience assisting with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
- Ability to process Federal gift and estate tax returns, and tax-exempt organization planning.
- Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic.
