Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in the cultivation of cannabis plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the health of cannabis plants during the vegetative and flowering stages.
Perform daily tasks such as pruning, trellising, watering, and nutrient application.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
Monitor environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, light) and adjust as needed.
Identify and address plant health issues, including pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
Accurately record data related to plant growth, yields, and environmental conditions.
Collaborate with the cultivation team to optimize processes and achieve production goals.
Comply with all state and local regulations governing cannabis cultivation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Knowledge of plant biology and cultivation techniques is a plus.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.
