INH Properties is looking for a full-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager for a property in Maplewood, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Light Administration
- Leasing units
- Resident Relations
- Property Upkeep
- Light Maintenance
- Maintain positive resident relations
