What We’re Looking For :
INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible Maintenance Technician for the Northern Minneapolis Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and building in good repair.
Job Responsibilities :
- Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
- Grounds upkeep and snow removal
- Interior painting
- Plumbing
- Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
- Maintaining common areas
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
- Work as a team to maintain the community to the highest standard
- All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
