Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Interact with customers in the dealership setting; listening as they communicate their needs and desires for their next new or used vehicle and assisting them in finding what’s right for them.
- Work alongside our financing team, facilitating communication, protecting customers’ private information and obtaining the information necessary to create the deal.
- Market yourself via word-of-mouth, social media, and networking connections.
- Attend sales meetings, set goals and actively work the sales process to meet them.
- This position involves actively seeking out customers and walking them through each step of the buying process. It is not a boring desk job!
- Saturday availability is required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Outgoing personality, willingness to engage with new people in a friendly, courteous fashion
- Integrity is key; must be honest, dependable, and prepared to follow all federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to automobile sales.
- A current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are strongly preferred.
- Prior sales experience is nice to have, but not required, if you are willing to learn.
