- Batavia - For 2024-25 SY, $25.00/hr for yellow bus drivers up to 28.00/hr*
- $25 p/h for trips and charters
- $0.50 p/h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
- Carol Stream - 2024-25 SY, $25.00 - $27.50 per hour for bus drivers*
- $20 p/h for trips and charters
- $0.50 p/h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
- Both Locations pay more for experience (based on experience, see location for details)*

Bus Monitors to assist Drivers needed as well so refer a friend or family member!*
Hours:
- Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am/pm route package*
- Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
- Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:
- Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
- Safely transport passengers
- Assists students in the loading and unloading process
- Good verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
