We are proud to offer :

  • 2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULLY LICENSED DRIVERS
  • Batavia - For 2024-25 SY, $25.00 / hr for yellow bus drivers up to 28.00 / hr
  • 25 p / h for trips and charters
  • 0.50 p / h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
  • Carol Stream - 2024-25 SY, $25.00 - $27.50 per hour for bus drivers
  • 20 p / h for trips and charters
  • 0.50 p / h 401K company contribution for all hours worked
  • Both Locations pay more for experience (based on experience, see location for details)
  • Paid weekly : )
  • Flexible Hours – no Nights or Weekends required

    • No Experience Necessary

    Bus Monitors to assist Drivers needed as well so refer a friend or family member!

    Hours :

  • Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am / pm route package
  • Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
  • Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

    As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to :

  • Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
  • Safely transport passengers
  • Assists students in the loading and unloading process
  • Good verbal communication skills

    • Requirements :

  • At least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
  • Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
