The Village of Burr Ridge is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Management Analyst in the Administration Department. In recognition of this dynamic role’s importance in our organization, we are offering a minimum $70,000 salary along with a robust benefits package. This role combines administrative duties with strategic initiatives, working directly with Department Heads and the Village Administrator. Key responsibilities include :

- Supporting core service functions including purchasing, constituent services, and utility billing in collaboration with your teammates.
- Leading communications and community engagement initiatives, including events planning and working with consultants on communications and community engagement.
- Playing a key role in creating and implementing the Village’s Human Capital Strategy, including creation and support of a branded recruitment website with integrated ERP functionality.
- Working with our Public Works management team to achieve APWA accreditation, gaining extensive exposure to Public Works operations.
- Providing your valuable perspective, insight, wisdom, and background to solving any other challenge that may face the community.

In addition to the $70,000 minimum starting salary, the Village offers BlueCross BlueShield HMO and PPO health plans along with dental, vision, and life insurance benefit plans as well as participation in IMRF. The successful candidate will receive two weeks’ vacation, five personal days, accrual of 80 hours of sick leave, and 8 ½ paid annual holidays, all annually, as well as three weeks of paid childbirth or adoption leave. The Village also offers up to $4,000 per year in annual tuition assistance in addition to a wide array of training and professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences, as well as complimentary membership in both ICMA and ILCMA (if desired).
