POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
ADJUNCT SOCIAL SCIENCE INSTRUCTOR
FRONTIER COMMUNITY COLLEGE, FAIRFIELD, IL
DESCRIPTION: Frontier Community College is seeking qualified part-time adjunct faculty members to teach Social Science. The adjunct faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic growth of students in their discipline. The courses will be offered either synchronously or asynchronously.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in History, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours of relevant coursework required. Previous teaching experience required. Successful college teaching experience including computer-assisted, multi-media instruction, and innovative teaching techniques preferred.
WAGES: $535 per credit hour
