PART-TIME FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR
WABASH VALLEY COLLEGE | MT. CARMEL, IL
DESCRIPTION: The part-time Food Service Director position will facilitate the operations of the college's food service with an outside vendor to provide a noontime meal on campus. This is a part-time position that includes the maintenance of inventory of supplies and equipment and supervision of work study students.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma required. Applicants must have demonstrated experience and ability to be a working supervisor of the total cafeteria operation and banquet service. Current sanitation license, experience in preparing and managing budgets, menu planning, purchasing, food preparation, and supervisory experience are required.
WAGES: $18.00 per hour, based upon relevant experience and qualifications.
