Your Role...
In this position you will be supporting the fiscal operations by performing tasks like recording various transactions and reconciling accounts, a variety of financial data analysis, processing accounts payables and maintain files for periodic audit and year end reporting.
Duties Include : ...
- Perform daily Accounting processes including ACH and share draft exceptions, a variety of daily transaction balancing, posting of cash transactions and reconciliation of financial accounts.
- Process Accounts Payable including entry of vendor invoices, verifying accuracy of data entry and ensuring timely payment. Maintain vendor files for accurate year end reporting.
- Ensure accuracy for posting of various Accounting processes including loan funding and CD interest, payroll and credit card related transactions and completing daily reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate availability Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm.
