Your Role...
In this position you will have the opportunity to work with our members and build relationships to help achieve financial goals, adhere to operational policies and guidelines and strive to be an active part of the team. We ask candidates to bring strong communication skills, a trustworthy and enthusiastic spirit, and an understanding of customer service to the role.
As a Bank Advisor your day may look this:
- Provide outstanding service to our current and new members offering appropriate resources for the financial needs, including opening and maintaining accounts and processing transactions.
- Support branch operations and Teller transactions accurately and adhere to balancing procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of and provide accurate information on financial products and services to members through in person meetings, telephone contacts and virtual platform support.
- Give reliable details of balances and payments so our members can stay on top of their financial goals.
- Performs updates for members to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions.
- Support branch and Teller operations as needed.
The Requirements...
Our desired candidate will have at least 6-12 months of cash handling experience in customer service role, financial services or Teller experience preferred, attention to detail and a desire to work in team environment. Experience working with a variety of computer program and processing systems. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, additional training or Associates degree a plus.
Availability Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; rotating Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm.
