Your Role...
The ideal Part-Time Teller will be able to demonstrate knowledge and abilities for the position. Candidates who can work within procedural guidelines and strive to be an active part of the team. We ask candidates to bring strong communication skills along with a trustworthy and enthusiastic spirit, and an understanding of customer service.
Your daily workday may look something like this:
- Greeting members and providing customer service answering inquiries and building financial relationships
- Providing transactional support to our members, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other items with accuracy and efficiency
- Promote our products and services such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards and loan products
- Perform updates for member to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions
- Able to work with and maintain confidential information
- Adhere to safety and security protocols and regulations for all member transactions
- Completes daily open/close Teller procedures per outlined procedures
The Requirements...
Our desired candidate will have at least 3-6 months of cash handling experience, attention to detail and a desire to provide great customer service. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, additional education and certifications are a plus.
Must be able to work 12-15 hours per week Monday-Friday within the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. This position is included in the Saturday monthly rotation scheduled hours 9:00am-1:00pm.
