Your Role...
The Member Service Representative is the face of IECU. Your goal is to convey to our current and potential members just how awesome we truly are.
The ideal Member Service Representative will be a professional with the capability to work independently as well as a part of a team. All we ask is that you bring your fine communication skills, courteous, trustworthy, and enthusiastic spirit & friendly demeanor, and we will provide you with everything else you need to lead the successful career you've been looking for.
Your daily workday may look something like this:
- Provide a warm, inviting welcome to our members
- Providing transactional support to our members, handling cash and other negotiable items with accuracy and efficiency
- Promote products and services with our members to further complement a top-notch banking experience.
- Give reliable details of balances and payments so our members can stay on top of their loans and maintain positive control of their finances.
- Update contact information in our system so we can keep in touch with our members.
- Maintain a cash drawer and maintain a precise balance of monetary instruments while maintaining detailed paper trails to back up daily transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Requirements...
Our desired candidate will have at least 6 months of cash handling experience as well as strong customer service and communication skills. A high school diploma is required.
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and every other Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm.
