Job Description
OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners for a full-time employed position to join our group, Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS). The work schedule includes at least 120 hours of coverage per month and will be cross credentialed at our UChicago Medicine AdventHealth sites. Must have at least one-year post-graduate program emergency medicine experience.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
For more than 30 years, IEMS has provided quality-driven and compassionate emergency medicine services to the UChicago Medicine AdventHealth System. IEMS presently supports the emergency departments at Bolingbrook, Glen Oaks, Hinsdale, and La Grange, representing nearly 120,000 annual patient visits. Most recently acquired Resilience Healthcare downtown sites at Weiss Memorial Hospital and West Suburban Medical Center.
IEMS is a LOCAL physician group dedicated to the success of each emergency department they serve. IEMS regional and national resources support their ability to continue to provide customized value-added services to the hospitals and communities they serve.

Hinsdale Medical Center is a 261-bed hospital that has been serving the community for over 100 years and is less than 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. A full-spectrum of modern-day health care includes a state-of-the-art cancer center, Level III Perinatal services with neonatal intensive care unit and surgical capabilities that include da Vinci and MAKO robotic-assisted surgery.
La Grange Medical Center is a 186-bed hospital that has been serving the community since 1955 and is less than 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. University-Level care on a suburban scale. The full-spectrum of modern-day health care including robotic-assisted surgery, orthopedic care, and heart & vascular care.
