GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Serves as front desk receptionist, and coordinates in-office test proctoring; provides support via email, call, chat and social media to online and distance education students, works collaboratively with the online program student support team; and is responsible for campus delivery and shipping, as needed.
The salary for this role is $41,000 .

COMMUNICATIONS
Communicates with students, staff, faculty and potential students in person, via email, call, chat and social media
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provides customer service to internal faculty, staff and students, external clients.
Special Schedule Requirements
Special schedules may be required - any alternative schedule will be worked out with advance notice and coordination of manager.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school graduate with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word. Powerpoint, etc.). Or bachelor's in education, communication, business or computing.
Experience working with online students and providing online support is a plus.
Experience with social media is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
Google Suite, Microsoft Office, good typing and phone skills.
Familiarity with customer service and communication tools like Google Meet, Salesforce, Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, etc. is a plus.
SUPERVISION & BUDGET AUTHORITY
Does not supervise other staff members and has no budget authority.
