This position involves computer programming and algorithmic development in support of the research project “Parametric Synthesis of Realistic Photoplethysmography ( PPG ) Signals.” The project aims to develop parametric methods for generating realistic PPG signals. Qualifications
Education & Experience
MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in signal processing, physiological modeling, or numerical simulation is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong proficiency in Python for numerical computing and signal processing. Familiarity with ordinary differential equations ( ODE ) and finite element methods ( FEM ). Understanding of cardiovascular physiology and PPG signal characteristics is a plus.
