Skokie Public Library seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Youth Services Manager to supervise Youth Services team members in providing and facilitating services for youth and families in the Skokie community. The Youth Services Manager works with, and under the supervision of, the Director of Public Services to coordinate programs, spaces, tools, and staff to facilitate learning and engagement for children from birth through grade five, as well as their parents and caregivers.

• The annual pay range for new hires in this position is $71,497 to $89,371. Offers are made within this range based on competencies, experience, and internal equity. Full pay grade range is $71,497 to $107,245.
