Qualifications
- RN (Required)
- Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Lead/Management experience
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to manage a team of RN, LPC, CNA
- Ability to work along with clinical and admissions.
- Ability to administer prescribed medication and medical treatments and follow standard nursing procedures
- Ability to assess and monitor physical and/or mental conditions of patients/clients
- Ability to maintain effective communication with patients, families, and members of the health care staff
- Ability to provide documentation, prepare reports and maintain patient/client records, including computer skills necessary for documentation
- Reports symptoms, reactions, and progress of patient to the clinical supervisor and/or charge nurse, and appropriate action has been taken
- Initiates changes to improve patient care; discusses changes with the doctor when appropriate
- Ability to participate in defining, interpreting, and implementing standards, policies, and procedures that affect the delivery of nursing care services
- Ability to participate in regular in-services/training
- Other RN skills, as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

- Experience working in substance abuse treatment
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
- Current and Valid State Registered Nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be able to document nursing interventions and responses to care. Do so in an accurate, legible, and intelligible manner.
- Must adhere to agency's non-discrimination policies.
- Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, political affiliations, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and sexual orientations and treat each individual with respect and dignity.
- Must be able to demonstrate competency in all competency assessments, and attend all In- services.
- Must comply with all State and Organizational CEU requirements
- PC literate and demonstrate proficiency in Windows, word processing software, (Word, Excel, Google Drive)

- Application of knowledge in nutrition, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions and apply techniques for specific needs.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Knowledge of de-escalation methods or the ability to be trained in de-escalation methods.
- Sufficient manual dexterity and physical ability to perform assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in an environment where people may be hostile or abusive.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and necessary paperwork.
- Ability to learn and apply training instruction.
- Knowledge of medical assessment with intoxicated persons.
- Ability to be trained in Understanding SUD
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the standing orders and/or by the onsite physician.
- Observe and record pertinent information about the care and condition of patients.
- Give and receive reports on shift changes.
- Consult with other health team members to lend guidance as necessary.

Pay: $65,407.66 - $95,000.00 per year
