- Support district-wide use of instructional technology platforms (Canvas, Infinite Campus, Learning Genie, etc.) to enhance the implementation of the district curriculum.
- Serve as a liaison for professional learning related to Canvas, providing guidance and responding to inquiries via the Canvas Help email system.

- Monitor multiple email inboxes (e.g., TAP, PAR, Canvas Help) to ensure educators receive timely and effective support aligned with professional learning initiatives
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication about teacher growth systems to district staff, including presentations, newsletters, and other outreach methods.
- Collaborate with instructional coaches, instructional technology coaches, and district administrators to support the effective use of systems and professional development resources.
- Lead periodic meetings with instructional technology coaches to foster alignment with district goals and create opportunities for professional collaboration.
- Deliver targeted professional learning sessions for instructional technology coaches to enhance their ability to integrate technology into instructional practices and support the district curriculum.
- Monitor the work of instructional technology coaches to ensure alignment with district initiatives, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
- Evaluate instructional coaches in alignment with the U-46 Teacher Appraisal Plan to ensure their practices align with district standards and effectively support teacher growth and student learning.
- Provide guidance and feedback to coaches through regular meetings and performance evaluations to enhance their capacity to implement district initiatives.
- Implement teacher coaching plans to ensure alignment with district priorities and goals.
- Deliver professional learning sessions on U-46 educator growth systems (TAP, PAR, Coaching, Professional Credit) and instructional technology platforms (Canvas, Infinite Campus, Learning Genie, etc.) as needed to support teacher, coach, and administrator development.
- Assist with the implementation of district initiatives, included but not limited to the U-46 Strategic Plan, U-46 Rising and the Instructional Clarity Framework (as of January 2025), through technology and coaching support.
- Provide logistical and organizational support for the Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) program, instructional coaching systems, and professional learning initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and reports to track progress and ensure accountability across systems and initiatives.
- Engage in professional learning to support continuous learning and development
- Other duties as assigned.
- Illinois Administrative Qualification (General Administrative endorsement or equivalent).
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching or administrative experience
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional technology platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for managing systems and providing feedback.
- Knowledge of district curriculum, professional learning systems, and evaluation practices.
- Strong communication skills including speaking, presenting, listening, and writing.
- Strong organizational and technology skills.
- High levels of instructional expertise, integrity, honesty, credibility, and the courage to make difficult yet necessary decisions.

- Knowledge of student growth, assessment practices, and best practices in the field of professional growth and development and training.

- Salary and benefits as established by the Board of Education. The salary range for this position is $100,716.00 - $$151,055.00. It is our typical practice to hire between the minimum and midpoint ($125,885.00)
