Job Summary
The Katie School of Insurance and Risk Management is seeking 3-5 student employees for our week-long, residential Redbird Risk Management Challenge this summer. This summer program for high school students takes place from July 13th to July 18th on the Illinois State University campus. This position requires staying overnight on campus during the week of camp. Housing and meals are provided.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be able to :
- Develop, supervise, and participate in programming activities with high school age participants
- Work co-operatively with other counselors, faculty, and staff to ensure campers are safe
- Build relationships with all campers by showing compassion, empathy and understanding
- Supervise transportation on foot across campus and Uptown Normal
- Provide timely communication with all faculty and staff regarding any issues that may arise
- Sleep in the dorms and provide overnight monitoring and assurance of safety
- Support Katie School staff and faculty in all aspects of program management
