GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Student Operations Coordinator position in the College of Architecture will serve as the first point of contact for the students that visit the College both in person and virtually. This position will coordinate daily administrative and operations activities of the College, involving students, faculty, and staff.
The Student Operations Coordinator is a front-line position providing customer service to internal and external constituents, and providing primary business administration support to the students of the College of Architecture.
This position is expected to start at or before 8 : 30am as the person who will be responsible for opening the Dean’s Administrative office daily.
Occasionally work nights and weekend to staff College events may be required.
The salary range for this role is $40,000 and $45,000 and is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Administrative experience required.
- Must be able to plan, organize and work on various assignments concurrently having the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a professional manner.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work positively and independently in a fast paced and open office setting.
Knowledge & Skills Advanced MS Office skills, Google Apps; Adobe Suite; good organizational and communication skills. Any experience with scheduling software is welcome. SUPERVISION & BUDGET AUTHORITY No supervisory or budget authority. May direct the work of student workers. Physical Environment and Requirements Normal office environmentMay be required to run errands across campus involving walking the distance of campus and work occasional nights and weekends for college events as needed.
