Illinois Valley is hiring a PRN Home Care Aide to provide general non-medical support to clients in the Macoupin County area with generous mileage reimbursement. This PRN position will cover shifts for absent employees including call-offs, holidays, and vacations. Hours for this position will vary.
Responsibilities:
- Will provide general support, such as housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, personal care, shopping, etc.
- Will complete tasks to help maintain, strengthen, and safeguard the functioning of individuals, ages 60 and over, in their own homes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in home care or personal care preferred.
- Must be willing to submit to background check.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Maintain a valid Illinois driver’s license and sufficient insurance coverage
