Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in advising the fraternity and sorority governing councils and member chapters in program development in the areas of academic achievement, diversity and social justice, philanthropy, community service, membership recruitment, leadership development, and risk management.
- Coordinate and implement wellness programming including but not limited to sexual assault prevention and alcohol safety.
- Design, develop and deliver leadership development programs for council and chapter officers.
- Assist in the coordination of joint programming provided by governing councils and individual chapters.
- Advance communication among constituents of the fraternity and sorority community with a focus on technological opportunities to create such connections.
- Work closely with fraternity and sorority community constituents such as chapter advisors, house corporation volunteers, headquarters representatives, and parents to advance the mission and values of the fraternity and sorority community.
- Evaluate and assess programs for effectiveness in relationship to designated learning outcomes.
- Supervise graduate students and/or undergraduate student workers.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined appropriate to progress the fraternity and sorority community positively forward.
