Duties & Responsibilities
- Train new employees to meet departmental standards, proper use of tools and chemicals. Provide refresher training to staff as needed to maintain efficient work practices.
- Inspects Campus facilities to evaluate cleanliness and adherence to published service levels.
- Monitors new employees during probationary period, documents progress and corrects deficiencies.
- Assists Assistant Superintendent as needed to cover temporary vacancies in other supervisory positions
- Monitor industry trends and opportunities for training in new procedures, equipment or custodial activities.
- Responsible for implementing Performance Partnership Program
- Assist in other related duties
