Duties & Responsibilities
- Program Administrative Support
Provides critical administrative support to the program, including assuming Program Services Aide duties during absences, assisting with special projects, and participating in staff development and meetings. Supports the Program Coordinator with semi-annual training schedules, entering schedules into the Learning and Development Center (LDC), and managing administrative tasks for the program and Training Coordinators. Monitors class capacity daily to assess the need for additional courses and as needed, assists with locating substitute trainers, updating schedules, and tracking tools in LDC. Travel for in-person training, staff development, and staff meetings is required at times. While efforts are made to limit travel within geographic regions, PRIDE is a statewide program, and there may be instances of statewide travel associated with assignments, staff meetings, and staff development. - Communication and Data Management
Responsible for monitoring the PRIDE shared mailbox for inquiries and notifying the appropriate team members for follow-up. Supports individual and group projects related to training initiatives. On the data management side, assists with data entry, supporting the Program Coordinator with data collection for reporting purposes and tracking and monitoring contract hourly trainer work.
