The Sales Representative is responsible for gaining knowledge of all company functions, including marketing, sales, and day-to-day business operations. This role is vital in meeting our clients’ customer acquisition goals by utilizing face-to-face marketing, and promotional events to generate new business and leads.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between our clientele and their customers within retail locations
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Attend daily meetings, conference calls, and informational trainings
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
