Hello! Before applying please be mindful that this is an in-person position. Individuals will be asked to come to our Virginia Beach, VA office 4-5 times a week. Individuals must be able to start within 2-3 weeks of their hire date.

Sports-Minded Marketing and Promotions Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on what promotions are presently occurring
- Accurately assess and qualify customers in RETAIL locations
- Maintain and drive the marketing and sales campaigns within top retail locations
- Attend team meetings to learn about campaign and promotion changes weekly
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work and drive in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing techniques and industry trends.
- At least 3 years of experience working in similar fields
