As the Vice President of Operations , you'll provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, transportation, safety, facilities, research and development lab, quality, engineering, continuous improvement operations, and supply chain. Your focus will be on execution and optimization, ensuring that our Operations teams are collaborative, innovative, and execution-driven while meeting financial objectives. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will develop and implement strategic and tactical plans aligned with our short- and long-range business goals.
Key Responsibilities Include :

Formulate and implement policies that enhance our competitive position and profitability.
Meet or exceed profit targets for Operations functions.
Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and operational excellence.
Lead, manage, and hold others accountable for operational strategy and execution.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
